1. Enable Aura Chat Messaging
App → Products → **Aura Chat Messaging**. Link a PAGE asset under Business settings.

2. Page surfacing + opt-in
Enable Aura Chat surfacing on the Page. Users must opt in for proactive templates outside the 24h session.
