1. Create app with commerce scopes
Create app at /developers/dashboard. Request commerce:read and commerce:manage. commerce:manage requires Live approval for production merchants.

2. Merchant OAuth
Merchant (Maison director) signs in via Sign in with Aura. In dev mode they must be added as a Test User on your app.

3. Discover their Maison
List Maisons the merchant directs — use the id in catalog and order calls.

4. Read existing catalog
Pull current SKUs before syncing deltas from your ERP.

5. Create or update a product
POST creates a new Artifact in the Maison catalog. Updates use maison/{id}/catalog/{productId}.

6. Listen for orders
Subscribe to commerce.order.created and commerce.order.updated. Payload includes orderId, maisonIds, paymentStatus.

Show catalog sync demo + privacy policy in App Review. Approved apps can OAuth any verified merchant.
